Terms & Conditions

Last updated 20 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any AI solutioning, prototyping, deployment or optimization services provided by Zendynamix under the ZenAI brand. By using this site you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of services

ZenAI engagements are defined in a separate statement of work or master services agreement executed between you and Zendynamix. That agreement governs deliverables, timelines, fees, acceptance criteria and the handling of your data. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a warranty of a specific outcome, or a commitment to any particular result.

2. Proof of concept

Where an engagement begins with a proof of concept, its purpose is evaluation. Results demonstrated in a proof of concept are indicative and do not guarantee equivalent performance in production, which depends on your data, systems and operating environment.

3. Intellectual property

Our methods, tooling, pre-existing models and platform components — including the Zyra intelligence layer — remain the property of Zendynamix. Your operational data remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to process it in order to deliver the agreed services. Ownership of engagement-specific deliverables is set out in the governing agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website and our services only for lawful business purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to any system we operate.

5. Third-party services

This website uses third-party services for form protection and validation. Their use is covered by our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zendynamix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be directed to Zendynamix at [email protected].
